Explore quick answers before placing an order or caring for your Sudhaasini saree.

Products & Craftsmanship

Our collections celebrate traditional textile craftsmanship and include handloom and artisan-made sarees. Product-specific weaving, fabric, and craft details are listed on each product page.

Minor variations in weave, texture, print, zari, or colour reflect the artisan's process and are not considered defects.

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colour may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, device calibration, and natural fabrics and dyes.

Orders & Customisation

Customisation options, where available, are shown on the product or checkout page. Customised sarees, including those with fall and hemming, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Contact support as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be possible before dispatch, but cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.

Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, and supported digital payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard orders generally take 7–10 business days after dispatch. Sale and promotional orders may take 12–15 business days.

Yes. Standard international delivery generally takes 14–21 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, taxes, and destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking information is shared after dispatch where available. Contact support with your order details if you need help.

Returns & Saree Care

Submit an eligible request within 2 days of receiving the order. After approval, the product must reach our return facility within 7 days.

Dry clean silk, tussar, wool, zari, and delicate fabrics. Store them in breathable muslin, away from sunlight, moisture, perfume, and harsh chemicals.

Fold it in a breathable cotton or muslin bag, refold it periodically, and air it occasionally in a dry, shaded place.
