Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary according to product availability, order volume, and operational requirements. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are measured in business days and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. These timelines are guidelines; courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen events may affect actual delivery.

Shipping Delays

We work to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur. Sudhaasini is not responsible for delays resulting from courier operations, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

• Check that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing the order.
• After dispatch, we may be unable to modify or redirect the delivery address.
• For security, some deliveries may require the recipient's signature.

International Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other government charges. These are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Because customs rules vary by country, Sudhaasini cannot estimate or control these charges. Customs clearance may also extend the delivery timeline.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately according to availability or logistical requirements. Additional shipping costs for such partial shipments will not be charged unless communicated in advance.

Unavailable Products

If we cannot fulfil or dispatch an item due to unavailability or operational constraints, we will notify you promptly. If Sudhaasini cancels the item, the amount paid will be returned through the original payment method under our Refund Policy.
