Sudhaasini Return & Exchange

Eligibility

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through www.sudhaasini.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or distributors are governed by the respective seller's policy.

Return & Exchange Window

• Submit your request within 2 days of receiving the order.
• After approval, the product must reach our return facility within 7 days.
• Requests received outside these timelines may not be accepted.

Product Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all the following conditions:

• It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging are intact.
• It has no stains, damage, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, or other odours.
• It has not been damaged through customer handling.

Non-Returnable Items

Sarees customised with services such as fall and hemming are personalised products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Sale, promotional, clearance, and specially discounted products are final sale unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless we supplied an incorrect or defective product. We recommend a reliable tracked courier service, as Sudhaasini cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Approval

Returned products undergo a quality inspection at our facility. Requests that meet this policy will be processed; we reserve the right to decline items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and approved.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds generally reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are processed after the original product passes inspection. Subject to availability, the replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. If it is unavailable, you may select an alternative of equal value or receive a refund under this policy.

Order Cancellation

Sudhaasini may cancel an order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any amount received will be returned through the original payment method.
